Every morning at 'Market Maven Capital' the analysis begins with 3 hours of fundamental data sifting from a:
'Custom Designed Pre-Market Scanner'
This tool has proprietary metrics that is extremely valuable to the alpha discovery process. Through only the most insightful reports leading towards technical discoveries and hot ticket names, a few high probability directional stocks are chosen to advance in the decision-making process. Then the stocks in focus are automatically sent to the 'Convolutional Neural Network' for a determination.
3. Data Science 'Stream-Lined' through 'State-of-the-Art' Software
Using premium cloud technologies and database management tools from our 3rd party SaaS DB mgmt. provider, Market Maven Capital is then able to 'within seconds' channel all the live quotes from a moving window of stocks that have been pre-selected to make decisions off of. At this stage the Deep Learning algorithms are at their hottest, sifting through the minutia of pattern recognition data points all the way from pixel annotation arrangement to LSTM 'long-short-term-memory' algos that remember key pattern recognition points on graphs cross referencing all the different time frames and gaps of price whether up or down. Time-Series Analysis
via Pattern Recognition using DL CNNs.
In an AI construct we use what's called a 'Test image' to predict down to the decimal point the accuracy in the momentum continuing in the desired direction of the stock in focus. In 'Deep Learning' using a 'convolutional neural network', it is protocol to run a test image against thousands of training images that have been put together as a comparison range for the accuracy to be assayed. The process runs through a time-series approach going from daily bar, hourly bar and finally to minute bar graphs to identify key annotations that give its predictive power. This sounds like a timely manner however all the code has been written beforehand and tweaked to perfection and ready for live execution for stock trading decisions yielding the best results. The exact nature and 'black box' dynamics is top secret that is never shared with on boarding clients for intellectual property theft concerns and the dignity and authorship of the trader.
4 & 5. AI Machine Learning, Scripted Through an Intuitive Python VS Code Base
The 4th and 5th final step in the trading process, to deliver alpha on a daily basis, completed just simply by monitoring the preexisting written code instructions sent to any broker of choice, all though I recommend Interactive Brokers or TD Ameritrade. The VS Code IDE is to monitor and at times tweak per performance the API and watch the trades get executed to be bought and sold for either a hefty 40-75% profit or a max threshold drawdown of a 7% loss. The safety valve is tighter than that actually because the signal is set to close the position just under neath the entry price by which is the retracement support zone that is so crucial to the risk mitigation process.
